Do you have the sizing information for the Uncertaintees? Yes, please follow these links.

Womens http://youwearit.net/pdf/create-pdf.php?sponsor=000001&style=3900&color=60

Note: The Next Level brand is cut similar to American Apparel, so it is a bit fitted. We recommend going a size up if the wearer does not want it too tight.

If I add-on an additional copy of Schrödinger’s Cats will I also receive the stretch goal rewards for that copy? Yes. You will receive all the physical stretch goals for each copy of the game purchased. Only 1 digital copy will be sent of each reward.

What are your reasons for not shipping internationally?

International shipping is cost prohibitive for a small publisher like 9th Level. We very much want to get product into the hands of our International fans, but want to do it a way that will not cost them an arm and a paw. Towards that end we are committed to making sure that retailers have product at the same time as backers are receiving their rewards. We will also be making the game available through DriveThruCards. Check out the rest of our FAQ for more info! That being said we added shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK after we found a reasonably priced, timely shipping option for those countries. Have you already contracted with a printing service to provide the finished product?

Yes. We have partnered with Panda Manufacturing to produce the fully boxed game. www.pandagm.com Last updated: Tue, Jan 20 2015 7:53 pm EST

How much testing have you done with your game mechanic? Are you still testing/tweaking rules and such?

We actually came up with this game in late 2013 and worked A LOT on the game play, mechanics and math over 2014. We took the game to Origins Game Fair last June and took feedback from hundreds of play testers. We also had an honest to goodness mathematician check all of our card ratios and character abilities. We got great feedback over 2014 and it helped us define what Schrödinger’s Cats is now. That being said, the rulebook is still being finalized, however, we do not expect any major rules changes. The character abilities may end up changing in the final version. Last updated: Tue, Jan 20 2015 10:17 pm EST

How close to “final” art are you at this point?

The cover art and base card art (alive, dead, empty, Heisenberg) is complete. We are hoping to reach some stretches that give more specific art pieces to the character cards. In that case, more art pieces would be needed from James along with layout. The rulebook and PNP would need final layout post-Kickstarter campaign. Last updated: Tue, Jan 20 2015 8:04 pm EST

Will the full-color PnP version(s) be available before the final print is released?

Yes, the full color PNP will be available in Spring 2015 versus the Fall 2015 expected delivery on the physical game. Final layout and cards will be complete after the Kickstarter campaign closes. We do graphic design and layout in house so we feel the May 2015 estimated date is pretty firm. Last updated: Tue, Jan 20 2015 8:08 pm EST

Can I order more than one Uncertain-Tee?

Yes! We will be doing our reward fulfillment through BackerKit. This will allow us to set-up add-ons at any pledge level. You’ll be able order as many tees as you like. Last updated: Tue, Jan 20 2015 10:17 pm EST

Will Cats be available via Drive-Thru Cards after the Kickstarter?

9th Level Games loves DriveThruRPG and DriveThruCards. Currently, all of 9th Level Games RPG stuff is available digitally there, including our other card game product – KNUCKLE SAMMICH (the Kobold Card Game). The DriveThruCards option will not include the box and add-ons for this Kickstarter, but will be available (including language localizations where available) soon after the game is available. Why isn’t there a Retailer level?

Instead of asking for Retailers to prove they are Retailers, and then bundling at Wholesale, its our belief that Retailers and Distributors would prefer to use standard channels – as long as they are getting the product at the same time as backers. 9th Level Games currently distributes through all major (and most not major) Distributors, via Impressions. 9th Level will be at the GAMA Trade Show or can be contacted by Retailers looking to pre-order at [email protected] Last updated: Fri, Jan 23 2015 1:27 pm EST

Does the Hi Res Print and Play come with the physical copy of the game?

Yes. All backers of the physical game ($20 and $45 levels) will also receive the Hi Res Print and Play version of Schrodinger’s Cats. It will be delivered will all digital rewards before the physical game in September. Last updated: Sun, Jan 25 2015 12:02 pm EST

What stretch goal rewards come with my pledge?

As of 2/3/15: All backers with pledges $10 or more will receive ALL digital rewards from the stretch goals. That includes the LATIN cards, VULCAN cards, Schrödinger’s Cats wallpaper, 6 base character cards with full art and the Kickstarter Exclusive character card. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
